Is your Venturer BravoWin series’ touch panel not working after Windows 10 update?

If you have encountered the above issue, this may be due to Windows 10 update to remove Touch Panel Driver. You need to implement below corrective actions for your BravoWin Series to install the Touch Panel Driver, please download the Touch Panel Driver and follow the below steps:

  1. Click right “win” tab
  2. Click “Device Manager”
  3. Click icon named “Scan for hardware changes”, as screenshot shown below
  4. Click right “Unknown device”
  5. Select “Update Driver Software…”
  6. Select “Browse my computer for driver software”
  7. Click “Browse”
  8. Choose Touch Panel Driver you have downloaded
  9. Click “OK”
  10. Click “Next” to install driver
  11. Click “close” to close the window after installing
  12. Then we can see the new driver exists in the driver list and touch panel works

Is your Venturer EliteWin Series’ touch panel not working after Windows 10 update?

If you have encountered the above issue, this may be due to Windows 10 update to remove Touch Panel Driver. You need to implement below corrective actions for your EliteWin Series to install the Touch Panel Driver, please download the Touch Panel Driver and follow the below steps:

1. Click right “win” tab

2. Click “Device Manager”

3. Click icon named “Scan for hardware changes”, as screenshot shown below

4. Click right “Unknown device”

5. Select “Update Driver Software…”

6, Select “Browse my computer for driver software”

7. Click “Browse”

8. Choose Touch Panel Driver you have downloaded

9. Click “OK”

10. Click “Next” to install driver

11. Click “close” to close the window after installing

12. Then we can see the new driver exists in the driver list and touch panel works

Is your Venturer BravoWin Series and EliteWin Series’ sound not working after Windows 10 update?

If you have encountered the above issue, this may be due to Windows 10 update to remove Audio Driver. You need to implement below corrective actions for your Venturer BravoWin Series and EliteWin Series to install the Audio Driver, please download the Audio Driver and follow the below steps:

  1. Click right “win” tab
  2. Click “Device Manager”
  3. Click icon named “Scan for hardware changes”. as picture below
  4. Click right “Unknown device”
  5. Select “Update Driver Software…”
  6. Select “Browse my computer for driver software”
  7. Click “Browse”
  8. Choose the path of audio driver files you have downloaded;
  9. Click “OK”
  10. Click “Next” to install driver;
  11. Click “close” to close the window after installing;
  12. Then we can see the new driver exists in the driver list and Realtek I2S Audio Codec driver works
  13. Update another audio driver;
  14. Select “Browse my computer for driver software”
  15. Choose the path of audio driver files
  16. Click “Next” to install driver;
  17. Click “close” to close the window after installing;
  18. Then we can see another new audio driver exists in the driver list and Intel SST Audio Device (WDM) driver works

Is your Venturer tablet not changing to landscape display when connecting to the keyboard after Windows 10 update?

If you have encountered the above issue, this may be due to Windows 10 update for improper Display Driver. You need to implement below corrective actions for your Venturer including Uninstall and Delete improper Display Driver.

How to UNINSTALL & DELETE improper Display Driver?

  1. Right click the “WINDOWS” icon;
  2. Select “Device Manager”;
  3. Select “Intel(R) HD Graphics” from “Display adapters”;
  4. Select “Driver” in “Intel(R) HD Graphics Properties”;
  5. Select “Uninstall”;
  6. Enable “Delete the driver software for this device”;
  7. Click “OK” to confirm “Uninstall & Delete” the Display Driver. Then restart the unit to refresh the Display Driver.
